My name is Keri Witt. I was born and raised right here in Waco and am an NASM certified personal trainer. I have a fun-loving, crazy husband who keeps me on my toes and two amazing daughters. I love anything adventurous and active - especially outdoors!
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
My family... and settting an example for them of the importance of incorporating health and fitness into our daily lives.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Pizza - no doubt about it!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
This would have to be the Ultimate Burpee. I mean.... does it get any better?!
I acquired my first exercise certification in 2007 in Turbo Kick, a group exercise class based on boxing and martial arts, then later was certified for Hip Hop Hustle, an exercise class based on hip hop dance. I opened my own training company which specialized in in-home personal training for women clients and an outdoor boot camp class that also catered to women clients. I hold a personal training certification from AFAA as well as CPR/AED certified. When I'm not working, my other passion is taekwondo and spending time with my 18-year old son, Dylan and my fur baby, Zero.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for helping people realize exercise doesn't have to be boring and that it impacts every aspect of their life- it's not just about the weight loss.
 
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
My guilty pleasure is Hot Fries...I love me some Hot Fries!
 
WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
My favorite OTF exercise is the bridge row with the strap I love how strong it makes me feel!
I fell in love with fitness after the birth of my son over seven years ago. My background in fitness includes dance (all styles), strength and conditioning, olympic lifting and Crossfit. I love helping and educating people about fitness and nutrition, and love inspiring people to adopt a healthier lifestyle. In 2014, I dove into the nutrition aspect of fitness, and now I love to help others achieve their optimal abilities through nutrition and exercise. I am currently working on my personal training certificate through ACE Fitness. After discovering Orange Theory Fitness in Waco, Texas, I quickly saw the results and adopted it into my personal programming and am now looking forward to helping others achieve their personal goals through the unique high intensity interval training at OTF.
 
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
I burn for my family- to do my part in my health and to set an example of health and nutrition for my son.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
